It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Shawn Athelston Waithe, better known as Daddy Eyze or Uncle Shawn of Lot #2 Long Gap, Grazettes, St. Michael, formerly of Lot #2 Bagatelle, St. James entered into eternal rest. Former employee of Arawak Cement Plant and taxi driver of Z-1029 (Sturley Taxi Service and Carlton A1 Taxi Service). Former member of the Kangaroos pool team and Cue Sports Barbados.

A celebration Service for the life of Shawn Athelston Waithe takes place on Monday 16th September 2024 in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00.a.m followed by the interment. The organist is kindly asked to attend.
Floral tributes may be sent to Keith Jones Funeral Home no later than 5:00.p.m on Sunday.
Visitation takes place at the Chapel of Keith Jones Funeral Home on Sunday 15th September from 4:30.p.m to 6:00.p.m.
Mourning colours are optional.
